Lal Bahadur Shastri Memorial Lecture is organized annually by Lal Bahadur Shastri National Memorial Trust (LBSNMT) in collaboration with Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management, Delhi (LBSIM) and National Museum (Govt. of India) to commemorate the ideals and vision of Bharat Ratna Shri Lal Bahadur Shastri ji, 2nd Prime Minister of India.
Lal Bahadur Shastri Memorial Lecture began in 1994 and since then several luminaries from all walks of social life such as politics, administration, law, corporate, sports, spirituality, social service, journalism, among others, have delivered impactful and insightful lectures on all aspects of social life, national imperatives, and global outlook. The lectures are attended by dignitaries of public, corporate and social spheres, members of media and journalism, faculty, staff, and students of LBSIM Delhi among others.
